LDCRF “10,000 Tails” 2009 Calendar Contest

Just A Few More Days to Show Us Your Tail!
Enter your dog or cat adopted from Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation into the "10,000 Tails" 2009 calendar contest. Each winner will receive a calendar month dedicated to their pet's story since adoption, and a complimentarly pet photo shoot. But hurry! The contest closes on September 7, 2008.
Do you have a pet adopted from The Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation (LDCRF)? If so, please enter your pet’s “tale” into the 10,000 Tails 2009 Calendar Contest to win one of six featured spots in the organization’s 2009 monthly calendar.

How to Enter:
Complete the 10,000 Tails 2009 Calendar Contest application, and submit it along with a summary of your pet’s tale in 300 words or less, a photo of your pet, and the $15 contest entry fee. All submissions must be received by September 7, 2008. Each pet may only be entered into the contest one time.

Your pet’s tale can be about:

His or her transformation since adoption
Behavior and/or obedience accomplishments (therapy dog, agility competition, other awards)
Health improvements

Uplifting, enlightening, humorous or adoption remarkable story involving the pet
Impact the pet has had on your household
Any other aspect of your pet that makes him or her special

Submit your contest entry online (www.lostdogrescue.org) or by mailing in the application, and fee to:

Submission of an entry form grants LDCRF the right to publish, use, adapt, edit, and/or modify such photos in any way, in any and all media, without limitation and without consideration to the entrant. Only pets adopted from LDCRF are eligible for consideration. One entry per pet. The Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable corporation (Tax ID 31-1789600).
